Do I need a doctor’s referral?
Although your doctor may refer you to The Treatment Room for care, you can contact us directly to make an appointment. A doctor's referral is not necessary to receive services at The Treatment Room.
What ages of patients do you treat?
Dr. Pendergrass can provide care to all ages of patients. From infants to the elderly, everyone can benefit from chiropractic and other services available at The Treatment Room.
What types of health insurance do you accept?
At this time, we do not accept health insurance. We offer a variety of services at a variety of price points. Basic chiropractic adjustments are very affordable and competitive. More intensive services are more cost effective than appointments and radiology fees you might experience when you visit a traditional orthopedic physician.
How long after an injury should I wait to get care?
With many injuries, the longer you wait to get care is detrimental to healing. It is important to be seen as soon as possible after an injury before inflammation and swelling become a factor in preventing a quick recovery. There have been times that an individual has come in the day after an injury on crutches and walked out the door. Each case is different and once I have evaluated you, I can develop a treatment plan customized to your injury, needs, and goals.
